We do not accept insurance, medicaid, or medicare. However, if your insurance company provides out-of-network benefits, you may file your own claims for reimbursement. Theses claims should be directly paid to you. After your visit, ask your doctor for a “superbly”, which is a statement that contains the neccessry documentation to file with your insurance company. We recommend that you reach out to your insurer to discuss your out-of-network coverage for mental health services.

We accept payments via credit card, debit card, health savings (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA).

We charge a flat rate $200 fo all visits, including new patient appointments, therapy sessions, and ketamine therapy sessions. For all new patient appointments we require payment at the time that the appointment is made. For all other visits, payment is due at the time of the service.

Ketamine Therapy is also priced at $200 per session.
