Colin Mathews, L.C.S.W. | Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I help people who suffer from a variety of mental health challenges including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, panic, grief, substance misuse, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and insomnia by teaching them how to examine their thoughts, habits, and fears in a way that allows them to fix what needs to be fixed and accept what cannot. But regardless of the problem, people are dynamic, ever-changing beings and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Listening and learning are the most important services I provide. Therapy is hard and worthwhile work and I respect you.
